Currently, the Roman Empire has [270 EP] owed to it in debt from Kiev, Hungary, and Serbia. However, the date at which this EP is due is far in the future, and the Roman Empire would like to have the funds promptly. Therefore, the Roman Empire would like to sell the debt, entitling the owner to the debt payments, for [220 EP]. This is 50 EP in profit in total, an annual return of 10% interest (compounding). And to add to the security of the debt, the Roman Empire will guarantee any failed payments, paying instead. Is this of interest to you?
OOC: EQ hasn't posted a reply yet, but via AIM, Hungary should accept the treaty I signed.
