Capto Iugulum

We have already participated in many past agreements, the Major one being the Dutch Cultural and Language union, which if a simple Free Trade agreement violates Dutch neutrality, then the Cultural union surely does, and no one complained when it was announced.

To: The USA, Japan

We would also like assurances that any citizens of our colonies being turned over to you (The Antilles and China respectfully) will be allowed free transit to return to the Dutch homeland, along with compensation to these individuals should they own any land. While if they wish to stay they should be treated as well as any other citizens.

OOC: ...but...but I just sent my orders!

Fair enough. We will agree to this.

To: Persia
From: The Glorious Arabian Empire

We suggest the Persian Empire(the so called champion of democracy it seems) put its money where its mouth is and offer plebiscites to the Afgan, Khazak, Kurdish, Baluchi and so on regions within the Persian Empire. Do this and we may think about your suggestion of a plebescite within our Empire.

Persia does not trust the Arabian Empire? We would recall that it was Persia who over 50 years ago funded rebellion throughout the Mamluk Caliphate of which we are the successor state. We recall Persia's uncalled for attack on our nation not even 20 years ago. We further recall the sinking of Arabian military warships at the start of the decade by Persian radicals of which evidence suggests was sponsored by the Persian Government. We are now embroiled in a war with Persia. A war that was initiated by Persia. Whatever trust issues Persia has with the Arabian Empire were bought on by Persia's own actions.

War will continue until Persia sees the folly of its ways.

hmm, agreeable. we will pledge to do said plebiscite with 2 years of the wars end and we have shifted back to peacetime footing. be it ended now or a few years from now. we already had plans to do something similar after this war had ended.

we also wish to correct you on the last two matter.

while we declare war, it was due to an already existing, and quite public, defensive alliance with Spain against you. which is a bit hostile on our part, but by then you were hostile to us and killing our citizens within your border. You fully knew of our alliance before you begun your attack, as evidenced by the mass of troops you stationed along our border.

as to those responsible for the ships, the corpses of the few we could find, with the help of your investigators, were delivered to our border for your disposal. If you believe we did not do a through investigation we would be more then willing to let a third party like the UK come in and reopen it.

still, our reasonable compromise are likely to be ignored by you completely. we can only hope your allies prove more reasonable and abandon your cause. which is only slightly more likely.

OOC: hey, must keep it IC. though I don't see them agreeing. and I can't back down IC wise, at least until their allies start getting directly involved. all I can do is shape what history will say.

To The United Kingdom
From Russia

We propose a counter offer. We are allowed to keep the territory we have taken from Poland, and the settlers of Russian descent are allowed to return to the homes they have lived in for 50 years in Georgia.

Otherwise, your men can look forward to dying in Eastern Europe along with your Polish lackeys

OOC/IC/:P:We too, present a counter offer. A bird, elegantly flippéd by the finest chefs of Krakow.

No more order revisions will be accepted at this point. I will still take new order submissions.

To make our intentions in Italy a bit more clear, we wish to highlight that our support for the Papacy is all but being withdrawn after this year. Our forces have been stationed strategically around Rome, and will begin a complete withdrawel within the next year, as part of a larger plan to protect Italy from the reactionary regime that installed itself in Naples. We are not trying to crush Italian Nationalism. More over, at this juncture, under the rule of the Italian Republic, we support it, and it is our intention to hand over large tracts of Venetia to the Republic within the next few years. Greater details will be released in time. (OOC: After the update)

No more orders of any kind will be accepted beyond this point.

The Plenipotentiaries of the Parliament of the Confederation would like to note that their signature (Signed by the Plenipotentiaries of the Parliament of the Franco-Burgundian Confederation) has apparently been omitted from the British master copy of the Treaty of the Tuileries.

In light of recent developments, the nation of Brandenburg would like to offer Austria a 10 year Non Aggression Treaty to last for five years, to be renewed every 5 years, if that is acceptable to Austria

The Italian Republic is excited about the Austrian great deceleration.

Soon all Italians will be free under one true republic!

The Plenipotentiaries of the Parliament of the Confederation would like to note that their signature (Signed by the Plenipotentiaries of the Parliament of the Franco-Burgundian Confederation) has apparently been omitted from the British master copy of the Treaty of the Tuileries.

The situation has been rectified.

Austria signs a 5 year NAP with Brandenburg, so long as it, and it's allies keep with the articles of The Treaty of Tuileries that include it. This NAP is to be reviewed, and more than likely resigned upon the end of the 5 year time period.

Redundant; delete this.

@Crezth

Like the Franco-Burgundians, Argentina's signature does not appear to be on the master copy of the Treaty.

Fixed.

\/ Fixed.

Or, indeed, Poland, Arabia and Japan also haven't been added.
