Wander around searching the machine while pretending to be an officer inspecting the camp if the cloaking is appearance of Japs.
If not, stealthily search for the acebee thingys from outside the camp.

Sneak into the camp, and aid the team with our objective. Fire only under direct threat.
Use duct tape to bind any captives we take.

Lead team North (Hark, the Hermit, Blackstone) out of the shuttle
Let the Hermit cast his spell on me.

Fire on enemy Japanese only if absolutely necessary.

So, it's only Christos Palaiologos' orders missing. Only reason I didn't take them into account was that both choices he made were clearly not going to help at all in the mission.
In order to make up for the problem that has been caused by christos' mindless order to kill everyone on his sight despite being ordered not to do it, I'm giving you a chance to review your orders. Only tell me if you want to change something.
