The European vs non European nations balance was anything but even. I had 3 EPs how many did you have? Look at the othe rstats. You are upset because Europeans don't have a 99% chance of victory in combat. That is the evenness you see as so wrong. You don't want to rely on ingenuity and diplomacy to win in Asia. You seem to see this NES as a game among the Europeans where the rest of us are just bit parts.alex994 said:No, but the fact that the nes started out on a mostly an even playing field is wrong.
You quit when the advantage is not to your liking. Why would anyone want to play an Asian nation by your rules? 1% chance of winning a battle! That is not a game.
To all:
Let Swiss run his game. Play by his rules and let him learn. The whole idea of both Portugal and France attacking Zanzibar at the same time and meeting in a fog is brilliant idea. Unexpected and confusing. The world is actually that way. Now you and France have to find a way to recover. It is a game, folks, see it that way and recognize that Swiss is trying to make it intersting and fun. You had a set back on turn one (and not a very big one IMHO). Now your challenge is to make the best of it and move on. Learn to play by Swiss's rules. Having more nations that can have an impact even if only regionally will make this NES more interesting for all.
Alex, your loss of Goa was because you ignored my posts and pms. You under estimated Mysore. OK Learn from it. Teach me a lesson or be more thoughtful in your orders.
