The riverbend issue is a bug we inherited all the way from Vanilla Civ4 I believe. Also of course preserves should provide one commerce next to rivers, all that does is negate the fact that forests remove the natural river commerce in the first place.
I know this is not a place for this, but this is so ridiculously wrong that I don't even know what to say. It's like saying the color green is purple. Sweden's economy is centrally planned as much is the one in the US.
Just saying that my intentions behind the civic system agree with this. Free Markets do not have to mean Austrian-style perfectly unregulated markets, and economies like Sweden's can be adequately represented using Free Market or Environmentalism. Welfare state elements can be represented by mixing in Public Welfare.
