Adding a Scotland, Wales, Ireland, and Northern Ireland civs because the British Isles are obviously not crowded enough.

No, what we need is a separate civ for every single Celtic and Anglo-Saxon Dark Ages petty kingdom! Easily 40-50 civs there.

It makes me sad that Svalbard is so poorly represented. I was looking at my map of the world and just felt myself yearning for a Svalbard civilization, or at least multiple Svalbard cities.

With a population of over 2500 people, and a long, rich history (more than 100 years!), Svalbard is the bold new choice for a civ in DoC that everyone is talking about.
