Well, not really, it got really messy in the end, so it's somehow normal that you got confused.
That's why we should start all over again. (Or at least just keep the first sentences of each story;))
 
It was a dark and stormy night in Transylvania.
The man arrived in a strange town on his journey, not knowing that this would be his destination.
On a winter's night in the depth of the oceanic abyss, a piece of crafted metal shone to a faint light.
Under the blinding light of the Sun, another day passed by in a far away land.
