When you look at this you realize that these stories about how the flight into space is going to solve any problems concerning space and the limited carrying capacity of the earth are silly. In the late 2000s and 2100s the great new frontier will be the ocean floor.
 
Perhaps, but I don't think it will be utilized as living space, except in shallower, coastal areas. The depth of most of the ocean is too...deep. Much too expensive to safely pressurize an underwater city at those depths, not to mention the danger of one leak at those pressures. :shifty:
 
K. I thought there had to be a reason why the stars gradually appeared to get brighter, but its probably just the result of the camera adjusting its average brightness level as the sky got darker. Otherwise the sky shouldn't get brighter over time like that.
