You are not telling me you do not recognize the TV test card? There may be "children" here who have not seen what they used to put up when the programs ended for the night, or when there was a technical problem at the studio, but I would have expected you to have seen it.

The ones I grew up with were always B&W and I do not recall the Indian Head one at all. They came on mostly after midnight and usually i was already in bed.

Yes, the color ones I do remember once we got a color TV and i was old enough to up when stations signed off.
