Well, technically I'm not, but that doesn't reflect on Anglicanism as a whole. Nor does recognising (or not) a picture of some relevant chap any more than (say) my not recognising a portrait of Edward II would make me any less English.
It would be interesting to see age in there. I heard something like 75% of healthcare is end of life care/procedures for people over 75. Like pacemakers for people in their 90s who probably only have a year longer to live. Not to be heartless but wasteful spending on procedures most of those patients don't want, but feel guilted into by family who won't let go and doctors who want to bill for them.
