Yeah like it's hardly a surprise that plenty of white women align themselves with the power structures that benefit them, we don't need to assume that they lack agency just because they do bad things

It seems more likely that women who are likely to identify with their partner's interests are more likely to pursue marriage, than marriage itself bamboozling women into mistaking their interests.

I don't think that's necessarily true; it seems just as plausible to me that traditional marriage has a sort of 'institutional logic' that makes people more likely to think that way.

I'd guess that most of this discrepancy is explained by age and religiosity.

That may be the case; I'm not really sure and haven't look into this in-depth.

Is this "chonk" thing HAES, but for pets?

I called a friend of mines cat fat once and he got very defensive. He picked up the cat and started pointing out various signs that it was normal - I forgot that he had gone back to college to become a vet.

Why is Nasdaq OMX displayed on the map but Borsa Italiana isn't?
The latter has a market cap of roughly three trillion and the only rational there is ownership, contradicting the Nasdaq Nordic thing, unless there some thin sliced definition shenanigans going on that i am too dumb to get. :)

Nasdaq OMX is more than 1 Trillion.
The market cap of the Borsa Italiana is according to this link roughly 650 Billion.
https://www.borsaitaliana.it/borsai...icati-stampa/2017/reviewdeimercati2017.en.htm

and according to this link, with companies listed, the market cap is 630 Billion Euro.

Perhaps it has to do that the Borsa Italiana is a subsidiary of the London Stock Exchange

Yeah, i actually ran into a wikipedia fail here, which has contradicting statements, apparently.
Obviously speaking Italian would be helpful.
Anyway by just adding market cap of the biggest companies i can ballpark that the lower number appears to be correct.
My bad.

The symbol in the middle is somewhat indicating this could be wine flavours... but I'm having a hard time imagining skunk or kerosene wine.

Click on it (the image is a link) and you will see it is indeed wine aromas.

It is amazing how much more you taste in wine when you imagine at the same time the taste-smell of something
