How do I get 1.12? I tried to get the SVN but it denied me access.

Wait? What do you mean?

This is what it says.

That means that you're trying to make the folder in a protected folder; the program doesn't like that for some reason and it doesn't work even if you're admin. What I do is I make the folder in an unprotected documents folder and then make a copy in the program files folder.

What I do is do the SVN Updates in a folder on my desktop, and then copy and paste into my mods folder. It takes a little while, but it's the only way I can get it to update properly.

Wow thanks! You guys are the best!

If you can I'd recommend reinstalling Civ4 in another directory such as c:\games or something like that. The program files folder does a lot of stupid stuff that can cause problems with many many games.

I have a steam version and a cd version so I'm good in that respect. But I backed up my original RFC because the stories I'm running need RFC DOC 1.11

How to capture Pagan with Tibet? Moving Khampa inside does not trigger war and my unit simply visiting Indy city (first time I see this).

Same problem here but with any independent in general. Might be glitch from UP.

It's not the UP that's the problem, but the Khampa - it can explore rival territory without declaring war. In order to declare war against the Independents as Tibet, you need to give a non-Khampa unit the order to enter the Independent territory (it doesn't need to actually enter - you'll get the prompt to declare war as soon as you tell a unit to enter the territory of another civ, even if it can't reach the target).

Oh okay, that's still kind of a glitch. It should give a pop-up

Yeah just move your archer to some mountain/jungle/coast tile in their territory to declare war. Or alt+left click on the scoreboard.

Unfortunately Pagan's jungles prevent even "far away" declaration!

Not so. As I said before, you need not be able to reach the target - you need only see its territory. Just select an Archer and right-click on territory that Pagan controls, and you will be given a prompt to declare war.

Sorry, my bad. Already capturing it :)

A bit of a long-term thought:

When we reach the year 2020 in real life, will you push back the year the game ends?
