If we go with that then we need to change Egypt's power

Can you allow improvements on plain desert with discovery of biology and only if tile has access to irrigation

You could still justify Egypt's power in being the only civ that has these civics without the necessary techs, and also the only 3000 BC that does.

America:
Republic/Representation/Serfdom/Free Religion/Resettlement
Why give them serfdom? Everyone else has free market or mercantilism at this time. And what about society? I don't know if they have liberalism, but they shoud have capitalism.
Japan, Khmer, Mongols:
Monarchy/Serfdom
What about absolutism/aristocracy/patriarchate for all of them? I'm not sure about starting techs but I think that all Eastern empires in 600 AD have prerequisited, so why hurt them. And where are the Chinese?

Dutch:
Republic/Absolutism/Aristocracy/Serdom/Patriarchate
The problem is that this combination completely and utterly doesn't fit them as a powerful trade nation, but I don't know any better with the current technologies.

The Dutch should start with Mercantilism if any at all. But maybe its better to not tackle these issues and only modify the first two columns - that saves one turn of anarchy at least.

Any way of giving civs one or two turns of golden age whenever they spawn so that first turn civic changes don't give anarchy?

There's still anarchy during a GA in RFC :)

Both China and India should get more indy/barb neighbors in early game, otherwise it is just building up and hut-popping(for monarch) and send a warrior who can live more than 2000 years way to Europe.

But the Chinese have many techs in 600AD so it would be hurting not to give them any civics then (600AD). My proposal is to give them civics for 600AD. In 600AD they will stay, but in 3000BC they will revert to the first line after the first turn.

They look good, I'm currently still undecided whether they should include categories other than government and organization. In either way, it'd be probably better to set the starting civics in the WBsave, not the civilization defines, to be better able to account for civs that have a different 600 AD start.

Sorry if this question was already asked, but is Varietas Delectat included in this mod?
If not, how hard would it be to include it myself? Can I follow the same instructions as installing it for normal RFC? :)

It doesn't include VD. I also haven't looked into the details, but I heard from edead that Lone Wolf's VD adaptation is not compatible with the latest RFC version, thus not with RFCM and DoC.

Thanks!
Lone Wolf posted an installation-guide so the original VD files are now compatible with the final RFC patch. So maybe it will be compatible with your modmod too, I will have to try it out. Would really love to play it but I am so used to the variety of units :p

Okay - please let me know how it turned out, one way or another.
