I don't know if there is a value that makes sure every autosave is saved. But if you make it a really big number, all autosaves will be saved.
You could try -1 ...

I would assume it is allowed to be used in such a manner that it is conveyed in a historical manner, not a propaganda matter. Just saying "this is a truth" not "this is right".
Haha, it appears that there are some misconceptions about this law in other countries. First of all, as far as graphical content goes, only the swastika is subject to it (and maybe other symbols such as SS insignia?), not other Nazi stuff (such as pictures of Hitler and so on).
But CaterpillarKing is on the right track, there is some sort of "fair use" clause included in this law which basically allows you to use it whenever it is required for accurate historical portrayals. It's hard to educate people about the Nazi era when all of your history books are censored. Entertainment media usually fall under this as well*, so it's not as if the German versions of Indiana Jones or Inglorious Bastards are visually edited or anything (also I'm sure that there are a couple of swastikas in Downfall, which is even a German movie).
The law is rarely enforced anyway, and courts are usually quite good in figuring out whether the intent of the law applies to given situation, i.e. if Nazi imagery is used to either glorify or downplay Nazi ideology. For instance, sew-on badges like this:
are pretty popular for example in the punk/left-alternative scene, and a couple of years ago a politician was sued for wearing one of them. The case ended up being thrown out.
In the case of DoC it's also because it's a mod that nobody really cares about (in the grand scheme of things) which is also hosted on an American online forum, so I don't even know if German law applies in this case.
*hilariously, there was a show on German TV that was all about parodying popular TV shows and one of the best of their segments was basically The Office with Hitler as the self-important yet incompetent protagonist. It featured swastika-patterned carpets and ties and ridiculous stuff like that, one episode even was about how Hitler was too incompetent/lazy to fix the "swastika key" on their typewriter so they ended up producing a million flags with the hash sign on it.

I must've confused German law on swastikas with Ebay's rules. (Apparently that site prohibits people from selling/showing items with visible swastikas; this is an example.)
It's interesting then how most game designers (cf. Paradox Interactive, with Hearts of Iron) and other modmakers (cf. Road to War) go to great lengths not to include swastikas, Hitler, and other mentions of Nazism.

It's a legal thing. They don't want to offend anybody so they make it softer. Just like how a lot of people can never voice their opinion in fear they will get bad ratings or get mobbed by the internet. You can't make a joke about feminism (not saying I am against it, I'm all for it) without getting just absolutely attacked by Tumblr.
Yeah, I think it's mostly Paradox covering their backs there.
When it comes to German video game editing you'll find more ridiculous stuff related to graphical violence. Everyone remembers Half-Life's robot enemies bleeding battery fluids.

You misunderstood me I just mean that if you say something about it then you get mobbed. I've seen it happen. The person didn't say anything mean or degrading, it was a ho hum comment. Anyways, that's why radio or tv shows can't say a lot of words that are not vulgar or condescending because they are politically incorrect technically. I'm not voicing my opinion I'm just saying it is true. On the feminism note, I mean no harm, I'm all for it.

a) my experience as someone who's actually on Tumblr is that the site as a whole is usually undeservedly stereotyped by people who only know about it from hearsay - I've learned a lot from Tumblr feminists and continue to. People who don't know what they are talking about exist everywhere but Tumblr is the only place where people constantly harp about it, so I can't help but assume that some people are perpetuating the image to discredit the actual message, and in the end everyone who references the stereotype unwittingly becomes accomplice to that.

Not saying that you're one of those, but I usually react with apprehension when I read something like that for this reason.

Question, what is the rationale behind increasing, for example, commerce from Pastures and Plantations with railroads (originally, only Mines, Quarries, and Lumbermills (I think) produced an additional hammer with railroads)?
