I love Eran. It's sort of weird, as I generally find Mormons heretical at at best, but it's nice to have a well respected theist on a predominately atheist forum.

Geographically not really (although I am in the extreme south) but culturally it probably is. I go to Serbia or Bulgaria and I feel more 'at home' than in Ukraine or other places north.
The most accepted line for the end of the Balkans is the Danube-Sava line, which would put only a tiny region in eastern Romania in the Balkans (Dobrogea, where Heretic_Cata is from), but as I said classifying Romania or a part of it as part of the Balkans is not done using the geographical term. It would kinda skew statistics to include it in because in population it's bigger than the biggest other two combined... but it's definitely the best place to include southern Romania, where I am from.
