An election is coming up here in about a week in Missouri. These off elections don't tend to really draw in the voters unless there is a HUGE issue on the table such as gay marriage, concealed carry, or in this case stem cells.
The poll is a simple question. Do you vote? Do you try to make a difference? Because I'll tell you what, I am there at every election (okay, maybe I miss one every few years, but virtually all of them) voting my views. It isn't only the "big" elections such as Senate, Congress, and President that matter. I vote for people with my views for school boards, hospital trustees, and so forth. Rest assured, if you think differently than me, you'd better be there at every election trying to counter my vote (or someone like me). It's power, pure and simple, and I wield it at every opportunity. So again, I ask you.... do you vote?
