But what does Abaddon do when you go on a trip? Is he abandoned to wander around in dirty clothes? :(

To be honest, I really don't mind washing clothes. It's ironing I have a problem with.

Yup, I do my own washing and usually it's not bad. Just have to pause the game or go switch tubs on a commercial break.

I don't iron, period. I'm that guy who's always in jeans, sneakers, and a wrinkled dress shirt.

I have this thing calling washing machine, wich does all the washing for me.

Ironing, that's another story. I hate it with a fiery passion and I'm quite inept at it.
But I discovered secret, ancient techniques to hang my stuff and get it auto-ironed while it dries (most of my stuff, that is).

Linen sucks. I like linen because it's relatively cool when you're in a hot climate, that's why I never buy synthetic fibers anymore. But it is really really wrinkly.

Really, do people here hate Indonesia that much? We've been a close ally and supporter of the United States for years. You guys have been our third largest export partner for I don't know how many. Some respect would be nice.

It's nice to hear pro-US sentiment from Indonesia. Please don't take offense to what people are saying, they're just trying to be funny but took the joke a bit too far.

You mean you're not well off enough to afford British housemaids? Shame.

You're beginning to get the hang of Anglo-American humour! That's the spirit! :p

Actually I have a cleaner, but she doesn't do the laundry for scheduling reasons^H^H^H because it gives me a chance to go and ponder my strategy for the next few turns.

They hardly wash themselves, no matter how long I grumpily glare at the washing basket.

Ironing I can't stand though. If I can avoid doing that, I will.

Where's the option for "I have Giant Death Robots wash my clothes."?

I'll nuke your Giant Death Robots while they're washing your clothes! BAHAHAHAHA! :p

Thanks. I've always been pro-US, and while most of my countrymen (the lower classes, said in the most respectful way) probably don't share that sentiment due to the heavy anti-Israeli propaganda the mosques here constantly barrage them with (I'm Catholic, by the way) I just feel like I owe the US too much to hate them. They are, like I said, my country's third largest export partner, and they brought happiness to my childhood through Disney movies and comics, many of them I watched or read until I was 16, and some even until now. Many in the upper class actually admire America and the basic values of freedom and personal happiness she stands for.

I have a washing machine in my apartment, and I load it myself. If I ask reeeeeally nicely, my girlfriend may help me fold them, but I typically do it.

I always wash my own clothes, I have no one else to do it. I never iron, I hang things up or fold them when they come out of the drier, and that usually is good enough. I try not to wear clothes that require ironing.

WASHING MACHINE

/thread

I didn't even know how to use a washing machine until college, and I still pawn my laundry off on women with my smooth charismatic efforts.

yeah washing machine. AND THEN a dryer to boot!

normally I'm pretty good at folding my clothes once they are dry, but sometimes I wait a while. they lay as a heap on my bed.
