Well when I was younger I used to watch his original show(red eye) waaay back in 2007 when it was still actually funny(And I was a college freshmen who regularly stayed up until 3-4 in the morning) and before they sobered up and his gimmick was being intentionally ignorant and impossibly stupid things. I dug through an old chat log I had and Tvtropes and I'm gonna give him a pass on saying "intentionally stupid thing" because he's said things like:

-His belief Britain lost WWI because you can be arrested for things without being charged first

-"Ostracizing" someone is burying their head in the sand
-Saying the entire show is "built on ignorance"
-He grew up in California watching Reggie Jackson, one of the greatest basketball players of all time
