The new sacrificing pier. It has a hole which drops directly to the lava. I am tired of all the baby animals being born so I am going to drop all of our pets, except the named ones which I can't do anything about, into the magma. It will also come in handy for goblins in the future.

I also just found out, curiously looking through everyone relationship menu to see who they worship and who they are friends with. That the original Robdefheadz miner was the lover of Mayor Luckymoose.

Update on fortress stuff.


I would really like some ideas on things to build, I am currently making the arena but I also have tons of stone and lots of Dwarfs needing work. So if you want to make a giant fortress in the sky I can. I also think I mighty take a 'Nist Akath' approach to updating this. Writing it from the perspective of the dwarf Luckymoose, in a log type way.

25th, Obsidian 1055 Late Winter:

I went outside for the first time in a long time today, to inspect the newly constructed roof over the front entrance. Only to find that most of the ground was covered in vomit. Someone will be needing to clean this up.

There was another baby born yesterday, seems there are more children running around here than adults. Mayor Sparrow does nothing to control the population, and he gets a shiny new office to boot. I think I might kill him when no one is looking.
