RL is in charge. I've been keeping tabs on things and making minor adjustments but dont have the time to finish it up. I don't see it getting finished (or any other leaderhead) in the next week and half.

Never noticed that you had slipped-out Napoleon III on me (that must have been a low-key release)... as an "Industrial Age Mod" that I have, I figured I might as well grab all the Industrial-Age leaders I can (like Meiji and Napoleon III). Very well-done LH by the way.

PW90 made a nice one some times ago but I think it can be improved by adding the 'rouflaquettes' from San Martin ( expanded maybe ) plus a better hairline cut.
I don't need it right away but it's a request for when I'll add new civs to my game.

Yeah, we could use a better Franz-Josef...

Rouflaquettes is French for "Sideburns"... in other words, looks like PW90 just painted-on the sideburns... we could really use a better Franz-Josef... I'd officially sponsor that one!

I believe PW90 based his off this picture of the younger Franz Josef:

You could always go for the same, or an older one:

The White Uniform with red sash was a favorite of Franz's though... it can stay either way.

Slaves were another important trade item at this time and as a result of Amina's conquests large numbers of slaves became available for export to the coast. As she now controlled the southern trade route from the Songhai Empire, Amina was well placed to establish an extensive Hausa Empire.</English>

A few questions, Ekmek:
The updated Kossuth- is it the one you created for my request or is it updated even further and I should download it again?
El Cid- is this the final version? I ask because I don't want to download an unfinished project. I don't say it doesn't look finished, it's just that you didn't post it on the main page yet and I want to be sure.
