IBT:

I goofed up while pillaging with one of the Adventurer armies, and he ended his turn in the open. By my count, he had 8 movement to spend, and movement 7 would have been on the mountain with the other Adventurer - instead, he ended his movement at what I counted as movement 6. He gets run over by Armor. The workers he captured get recaptured, too :(

We'll need to use the next leader (which should come pretty quickly; we have several elite units waiting to create leaders) - I didn't want a leader sitting around idle for too long, so I used the one we have on the naval academy.
 
In coastal cities you must not build äquaducts. The better choice is a port+major-port.

edit: The adventurer only have 3 moving points, but any terrain as roaded. Capturing still cost a complete moving point. I think that was your counting prob.

A adventurer is doing a job with no return and pillaged the road between Zandra and New Bremen. That will stop the armor-support.
The cav army killed a tank, but looses 18 HP against another one and dies.
Build a new army (2 cav+elite husar) killed a tank and retreat to new frankfurt. So it won't defend in New Bremen.
Build another PF-army for defense in New Bremen.

I tried to ship an artillery, but can't load it. Can they only lifted? Or is it a prob with my configuration? That was really annoying. I wanted to prepare an offense on Sikkim and build a new city at the horses, but without artillery thats impossible. I think about 20 armors will appear when settling there. I only could kill the 13 amors without big losses, because they didn't move.

For the next player:
I started the summer palace in 1000 smells. Perhaps it should be changed. You decide. I would rush it later with a leader, but the last one was needed for the national monument.

The commanders are really annoying since they can choose which unit is attacked in a stack. Our offensive armies aren't save, when they are injured (what can be caused of airships). Because of that I moved them back into the cities and guard the Worker only with adventurer. They will lost.

The adventurer-army must pillage the oil-ressource of the sioux and then move to Oslo to pillage the land and the oil in this region.

Perhaps the Theory of evolution should be changed to get the more cheaper techs later.

Don't forget to build tax-buildings in between. Actually we can research at 50% science without deficit.

If we know where Oslo is, send an adventuring army (if we can) and destroy all mines to delay the UN.

I have also forgotten how the UN works in Civ3. Does it depend on population or number of Civs? We could possibly also destroy the Sioux and the other surviving Civ to stop the UN victory if the latter.
 
I've stolen the tibetian world map. So, we know every tile now. The adventurer army is on the way. Perhaps Empire should change the priority. First pillage the land around Oslo. We should take a view at Oslo as soon as we have enough money.
 
So we would have to destroy both the other two civs to stop the UN. Its been a long time since seeing the map so I don't know if this is doable or easy. I would hate to stop the pressure on Tibet, but losing the game by UN is worse. If we don't think we can destroy both civs in time though, it isn't very useful. In that case going full against Tibet to slow them down still seems best.

Well done Empiremaker. 3 leaders in 10 turns is terriffic.
I don't know if it is good to cut all roads in the jungle. This way the tibetian stores them and if we move in their terrain, what we must soon, they can attack with all of them. And handling over 40 armors at once is hard.
But good to see, that the tibetian only researches at 30%. That way we can come nearer.

Can artilleries now be loaded on ships?
 
Artilleries cannot be loaded on ships.

My thoughts for victory: First, Tibet doesn't have 33/33 land/pop, so we don't have to take any of their cities for a domination win. So, I propose that we beeline for tanks, while making amphibious infantry. Upon filling 4-5 tank armies, and 2-3 amphibious infantry armies, and have plenty of loose units, we launch an assult on the souix and aztec lands. We take all their land in 1 turn, using amphibious infantry to take cities, unloading the tank armies to capture inland cities. That will put us above 66/66, and if not, we can sacrafice workers. We hold on 1 IBT from Tibet's armors, and we win.

We just can't sit around as the U.N will be built eventually.

Yes these Colonists we can't use. Better build hardy ones, then they can be used as workers and activate when needed. Perhaps we should take the small island with the tibetian and sioux city. Then we also get control of the oil and can build 2 cities with the colonists.
The leader I would take for a factory in 1000 smells since there is no other small wonder we can build.
