General, I belive that the first, more threatening message was from the east, likely from some distance. The second was bounced off a comunications satelite that activated just long enough to carry the mesage. I may be able to reverse a message along it, but no there is no guarenty of anyone recieving it. Both used pre-war military transmittion bands.

Well, I'm in geomatics, and this semesters head ache has definetly the programing. Still better than microsoft access and poorly explained Oracle work.
