Economy: Your economy will be all your special cities plus whatever economic bonuses I decide on. Projects can increase economy and decrease the economy depending on the amount of resources needed for the project. These resources are taken away from the normal and daily economic needs.
So if my economy is 7 (5 bonus), I have only 7 points to spend, right? D: That's more reasonable, now that I think of it. Heh.

Of course the people of Tephen may journey freely to Terra Trifluentia, for is it not true that we are indeed one True People, united by our common faith and worship of the Great Ancestor of us all? As to your membership in the Curia Patriarchae, of course it still stands. The Great War is within the memory of our parents (OOC: ended 50 years ago), and even should we not have that shared experience in common, we would still be linked by our religion.

In times of old (OOC: this post and the one following it), your ancestors joined the Curia Patriarchae. Our nations prospered together with increased trade and an alligned foreign policy. And it was to avenge your nation that Terra Trifluentia first entered the Great War against Taruq.
Now, we wish to renew that ancient alliance. We are pleased that you have accepted, for the sending of delegates to the Curia has tangible benefits to both our peoples. In addition to uniting nearly all of those who follow Veneratio Atavorum, the Curia allows its constituent delegates to create a common policy. As we are all members of the Great Family of Mankind, descended from the Ancestor of Us All, it is only fitting that we work together.
OOC: Basically trade/defensive pact/alliance. For all practical purposes, we now consider Tephen and Keeleh as part of Terra Trifluentia. The nation is actually made up of many small units, each run by a Patriarch (hence the Curia Patriarchae), and these delegates are no different. Though, of course, the delegates not from Terra Trifluentia are a fairly small majority, and none has yet been elected Dux Curiae.

Modlvi is properly labled as is Oslan. I do not what you are trying to say is wrong.
