I did not see any diplo in the thread? Unless you were talking about that part in your orders which I though was a joke because of they you presented it. Ramain does not have stats because they are a very minor state. I can add stats if you need them though.

Anyway, Ramain declines your offer.

It's really hard to plan any good diplo when all I have is their name... Anyway, what's this them refusing to negotiate future borders? Are they saying they want all for themselves, or are they humbly giving up expansion into the saliden valley?
