Portugal vs. England vs. Inca
The earliest colonial empire vs the biggest colonial empire vs the precolumbian south-american empire.
UU:
Carrack vs british rifle vs chequa:
Chequa is out, too weak. Carrack is really useful for an early empire, especially if you get the conquerors. The british rifle (whatever the name is) is the most useful rifle due to its caulateral damage. The carrack can be replaced by galleon, but the caulateral damage make the british UU useful even if it is outdated.
UB:
Feitoria vs royal exchange vs tambo:
Feitoria is OP but available late, royal exchange is too good too. Tambo is just a little better castle, so is out too. Feitoria adds the primary commerce, while royal exchange adds the secondary commerce. If used properly feitoria can produce 50% mor gold than normal, while royal exchange can produce only 25% more gold than normal, so feitoria wins.
UP:
Exploration vs indirect rule vs peaks:
Peaks in fact counterbalance the incan poor land weakness, so it is out. Exploration just give you a temporary advantage, while the british UP is usefull as far as UHV and other victories is concerned. IMO the british power is too OP, maybe the most OP in the mod. Britain doesn't need both royal exchange and the UP.
UHV1:
Open borders vs british empire vs incan empire:
Empire building is in all aspects better goal than open border agreements. British empire is larger and more difficult than the incan empire, so it wins.
UHV2:
12 resources vs royal navy vs gold:
12 resources and the royal navy are more demanding than the gold. IMO aquiring the 12 resources is more usefull than training a large navy.
UHV3:
Portuguese empire vs british advancement vs conquering South America:
Building an empire is better than being just advanced. The fourteen incan regions demand a combination of defence against stronger, conquest and colonisation. The portoguese empire is just take advanatage of your early settler trasnport ability and pop as many settlers as you can. So the Fourteen Incan Regions win!
Portugal: 2
England: 3
Inca: 1
The British empire wins!
