[FfH II Art Team Blog]

The hanging ones are not darker, it's Nifviewer's lightning which makes closer ones brighter while the game has no positioned lightning effects.

I see.
Would it be possible to see it with more even lighting, and/or an ingame pic?

Aside from that, the dull blood and overly-clean bodies are my only complaints.
Make blood more red, and bodies a little more bloody, then it should be cool

Great work!

Also.....

It's been a couple of days....

How is that dwarven paladin coming? Would like to see progress thus far.
Are you there Sez ?

OK, I've got your point about bodies, I will "fix" ot :).

By the way, I did a quick wonder "Arc of the Covenant", it's in BTS Wonders download section; I thought it could be some kind of Mercurian Artefact, so I post a pic here in case you find a use for it.

Looks pretty nice. Could be a nicer placeholder for the Altar of the Luonotar that doesnt have the White Hand on it.

The Ark is pretty nice it probably could be used for one of the religous wonders. The Pillar of Chains however is very good, I finally will get to see a real Rose of Prespur.

I somehow feel the new temple of kilmorph is a little out of place...

It is rather pink, isn't it. Seems to make it stand out a bit. Perhaps something more in keeping with its icon would be better. Crafted stone seems more dwarven then the more natural looking one we have right now.

I'd suggest to remake kilmorph buildings a bit too. They are too yellow and pink is out of place (I'd suggest to retexture the main texture to be less saturated and change pink to white/yellow light).

The pinkness has also been bothering me a bit about the dwarf temples, it just dosnt seem RoK... so i did a quick retexture and came up with this:

Thanks PL, I'll change it!

Pillar of Chains is looking great Deon! Let me know when you get a final version so I can add it. :goodjob:

Thank you. I've got some enexpected problems here so I had to postpone the work on it a bit but I will finish it this week :).

Hi ,

I am prettty sure that you have seen the job of Walter Hawkwood.

Maybe my question is stupid (because already asked) but are you going to use the resources fantasy pack he created.

It is so beautiful.

:crazyeye:

Look above and beyond. They are already included. Two posts above are about his resources.

Anyway, I've made the correct wrap for the Pillar of Chains and tweaked the texture a bit. Bloodstains are more visible and bodies are "red and gored", as you requested.

Scale is the same.

I have Kohan so Ive already added most of the buildings Im going to use and they are already in patch "z". There are a few more in 0.41, but not many.

WarKirby and myself have been discussing Calabim buildings on the Kohan thread. Any chance of using one of the undead buildings for a shiny new Governor's Mansion?

Deon. I just want to say that the Pillar of Chains looks fantastic. The wrapped chains really correspond to what I always imagined it to look like. I just wish you were here making stuff from the start, as you seem to be the building equivalent of SeZ
