Game Schedule 2019-2022

I was sure.
Went and dl'ed both COTM.bix-files anew. Then started the scenario from there. I think.

In case I messed it up somehow, how would I notice (in the editor)?

There are for example a few pre-defined values in the Scenario Properties, such as "Description: GOTM0XXX_OPEN", where you should exchange the X-es for the game number. Also, "Title: GOTM" is set.

right! that description text was there, now that you say it I do remember that I felt very sure that I´d got the correct file when I saw that.

could you maybe dl the same file which you posted me the link of, open that one and check, whether you also see the worker-settler-issue there?

I just checked the scenario file in the Editor, and yes, it seems that I indeed used the COTM.biq-file. Piu, did you have the chance to check the worker/settler-thing in the file as well? Then it seems, that we simply have to correct the COTM-biq...

and COTM?

COTM.biq: 1. Worker 2. Settler
COTM_A.biq: 1. Worker 2. Settler

I also had Iron deplete in my game, which it shouldn't.

There are also a few things "wrong" in GOTM 184: the Zulus managed to found a city on a mountain...?!
And I am a Republic, but have zero unit support and pay 1gpt per unit, like in "standard" PTW. But in the GOTM.bix it had been changed to 1/3/4 unit support and 2gpt per unit, like that of C3C Republic, hadn't it? In GOTM 183 I didn't notice any such thing.

I now also checked both COTM.biq files, the one with Austria in it and the other. The order of the start units is reversed in them, as you said it has to be!

So, I have absolutely no idea, how, but it must have been ME who has messed something up. I am very sorry for that and hope, there won´t be any other issues and it won´t affect your games...

The description says that Spain can do it. Apparently, all tribes can. It is a mod which Jack did and which he told us about. I suppose there is no way to limit this to one tribe in the editor.

No worries. It's the same for all. It is very easy to mess something up in the editor. It makes extensive use of pull-down menus, which change invisibly if they are in Window's focus, but not in yours, and you just want to scroll down. Been there, done that. There are of course other sources to mistakes as well.

I thought it was fair if all civilizations could do the same, but I never expected the Zulu to do it.
Regarding the unit support, I don't think I changed anything in the editor to affect that but if I did it was accidental. I'm sorry if I did. Unit support is expensive enough as it is.

i would volunteer for both,
GOTM187 Celts Emperor
and
COTM161 Persia Regent.
