2. Arabia - Madrasa [11] (14-3) - One extra science not too impressive; the extra faith comes at a time in the game when faith is usually less important, at least for my playstyle.
3. Australia - Outback Station [21]
8. Cree - Mekewap [18] (17+1) - I like the extra housing that comes early in the game with this one, and myriad other benefits that can be achieved with optimal placement; for me though, it's the housing.

18. Inca - Terrace Farm [27]
20. Indonesia - Kampung [27]
22. Khmer - Prasat [10] (9 + 1) Relics help immensely with a Culture victory, and you will get many more than normal with this. +4 Faith and +8 Tourism is too good for this to go now.
24. Korea - Seowon [21]
25. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [10]
26. Mali - Suguba [27]
27. Maori - Marae [27]
34. Persia - Pairidaeza [27]
35. Phoenicia - Cothon [28]
36. Poland - Sukiennice [1]
37. Rome - Bath [ELIMINATED] (2 - 3) Between this or the Sukiennice. Production and Gold are better than Housing and Amenities.
38. Russia - Lavra [32]
42. Sumeria - Ziggurat [26]

2. Arabia - Madrasa [11]
3. Australia - Outback Station [21]

34. Persia - Pairidaeza [27]
35. Phoenicia - Cothon [28]
36. Poland - Sukiennice [1]
38. Russia - Lavra [32]
42. Sumeria - Ziggurat [27] (26+1) Can give a huge early game leap forward, appropriate for one of the first civilizations ever.

2. Arabia - Madrasa [8] (11 - 3) The extra science is not significant. The faith is potentially quite good, but arrives a little bit late, especially considering how expensive universities are.
3. Australia - Outback Station [21]
8. Cree - Mekewap [18]
11. England - Royal Navy Dockyard [17] (16 + 1) Having a half-price Harbor is already great. The extra Great Admiral point is also good, now that Great Admirals have been improved, and the extra movement point is nice, as is the extra gold on foreign continents. Overall a very good district.
14. Germany - Hansa [25]
15. Greece - Acropolis [32]
18. Inca - Terrace Farm [27]
20. Indonesia - Kampung [27]

8. Cree - Mekewap [18]
11. England - Royal Navy Dockyard [17]
14. Germany - Hansa [25]
15. Greece - Acropolis [33] (32+1) Pretty OP in all honesty, especially as Pericles.
18. Inca - Terrace Farm [27]
20. Indonesia - Kampung [27]
22. Khmer - Prasat [10]
24. Korea - Seowon [21]
25. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [7]
26. Mali - Suguba [27]
27. Maori - Marae [27]
34. Persia - Pairidaeza [27]
35. Phoenicia - Cothon [28]
36. Poland - Sukiennice [eliminated] (1-3) Let's trim the fat here. Not bad, but not as good as everything else left.
38. Russia - Lavra [32]
42. Sumeria - Ziggurat [27]

2. Arabia - Madrasa [9] [8+1] One last upvote before it's a goner. Faith economy is very important for empire development, and the best building in the game offers a substantial amount. Getting it an era earlier sweetens the deal.
3. Australia - Outback Station [21]
8. Cree - Mekewap [18]
11. England - Royal Navy Dockyard [17]
14. Germany - Hansa [25]
15. Greece - Acropolis [33]
18. Inca - Terrace Farm [27]
20. Indonesia - Kampung [27]
22. Khmer - Prasat [7] [10-3] One of Khmer's uniques indeed has a use, and a solid one at that. But too narrow to compete with the remaining.
24. Korea - Seowon [21]
25. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [7]
26. Mali - Suguba [27]
27. Maori - Marae [27]

8. Cree - Mekewap 15 [18-3] just to make sure about the mighty mekewap I played a couple games as Cree....MEEKwap is a more appropriate spelling.
11. England - Royal Navy Dockyard j18 [17+1] so nice on paper, but with the way the devs have game set ups programmed they end up being lackluster

The justifications are much lighter than the banter. Might be time to stop...

2. Arabia - Madrasa [6] (9-3) Yay, 1 more science and 2-4 faith per city...after investing production into a Campus, Library, and University in every single city. I think this building is just so non-offensive that nobody bothered downvoting it despite it's (at best) mediocrity.
3. Australia - Outback Station [21]
8. Cree - Mekewap [16]
11. England - Royal Navy Dockyard [18]
14. Germany - Hansa [26] (25+1) Powerful and interesting! Production lets me do more of actually playing the game, and this Unique District actually makes me place somewhat differently from the base one.
15. Greece - Acropolis [33]
18. Inca - Terrace Farm [27]

15. Greece - Acropolis [33]
18. Inca - Terrace Farm [28] (27+1) I was blown away when I played my first GS game, which was the Inca. It's really great to have those large, fast growing cities like no other civ.
20. Indonesia - Kampung [27]
22. Khmer - Prasat [7]
24. Korea - Seowon [21]
25. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [7]
26. Mali - Suguba [27]
27. Maori - Marae [27]
34. Persia - Pairidaeza [27]
35. Phoenicia - Cothon [28]
38. Russia - Lavra [32]
42. Sumeria - Ziggurat [24] (27-3) one of the few sources of science out of tile improvements, but it stagnates fast because it doesn't really get much better. Very good for a start, but the power level pretty much stops soon after.

25. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [8]=7+1 A little bit of love for this building. I like the fact that I can still advance a lot in science while waging wars.
26. Mali - Suguba [27]
27. Maori - Marae [27]
34. Persia - Pairidaeza [27]
35. Phoenicia - Cothon [28]
38. Russia - Lavra [32]
42. Sumeria - Ziggurat [21]=24-3 Definitely agree with the poster above. Can't believe it reaches all the way to 27.

22. Khmer - Prasat [7]
24. Korea - Seowon [21]
25. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [5]=8-3 I generally have stopped building units after about 10-20, so this stops being useful once you've taken your first nation imo. Useful before, and maybe even up to the second, but not after.
26. Mali - Suguba [27]
27. Maori - Marae [28] (27+1) Amazing source of culture and victory that applies to unimproved tiles? Would be a great wonder on its own, but as a unique improvement? In a civ that gets buffs to unimproved tiles? Strong.

Madrasa
The thing I was overlooking was that its avaiable way earlier over a different tech route. Makes the building stronger as the faith you get is earlier and early faith is best faith.

Royal Navy Dockyard
The RND is the only harbor which increases your stragetic resources stockpile by 10 for every building you build in it. This is the ability of england but it only affects the rnd. So not sure which thread it fits in better.

This gives england the ability to become a bit of a hoarder. While other civs are afraid of hitting their resource stockpiles because they are already at 50 or 60 resources. England with her Dockyard is sitting at 850 resources out of 1200 max. It kind of makes you a bank in multiplayers where player can save their excess resources for later usage. Also this is defintly the last point im giving the rnd as other infrastructures are way more powerful.

Cothon
Against the ai the ship healing isn't that usefull unfortunatly as I still have yet to meet any navies that threaten my cities or my borders. I see it as a +50% to all settlers/ships which is nice but shouldn't win it all. While i love my harbors some of the other infrastructures are game changers. I even modded the cothon with https://forums.civfanatics.com/resources/p0kiehls-phoenicia-rework.27333/ as I expected more of it.

I love Greeces attributes, simplicity and fantastic synergy. Make up for the worst unit in the game

One downvote for a district that always ends up with more art than it can cope with. Good but annoying

22. Khmer - Prasat [4=7-3] Missionaries cannot attack, so you need enemy apostles to make relics. How can you control your enemies?

2. Arabia - Madrasa [6]
3. Australia - Outback Station [21]
8. Cree - Mekewap [17] (16+1) Its probably the strongest land UI left. I’d take it over a terrace farm because resources are more plentiful than mountains.
11. England - Royal Navy Dockyard [19]
14. Germany - Hansa [26]
15. Greece - Acropolis [34]
18. Inca - Terrace Farm [28]
20. Indonesia - Kampung [27]
22. Khmer - Prasat [1] (4-3) The relic game just isn’t that much fun. You have to spend faith on missionaries or apostles, get the martyr promotion, then hand other religious units a bonus as yours die in combat.
24. Korea - Seowon [22]
25. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [5]

14. Germany - Hansa [26]
15. Greece - Acropolis [35] (34+1) early theatre squares help capture early great writers which is always nice.
18. Inca - Terrace Farm [28]
20. Indonesia - Kampung [27]
22. Khmer - Prasat Eliminated (1-3) As people have said, less under your control than ideal. Time to go...

35. Phoenicia - Cothon [25]
38. Russia - Lavra [29]

2. Arabia - Madrasa [3] 6-3 less useful than the basilikoi
3. Australia - Outback Station [21]
8. Cree - Mekewap [17]
11. England - Royal Navy Dockyard [19]
14. Germany - Hansa [26]
15. Greece - Acropolis [35]
18. Inca - Terrace Farm [28]
20. Indonesia - Kampung [27]
24. Korea - Seowon [22]
25. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [6] 5+1 Its effectiveness increase as the production value of units increases. Let say you build only 5 unit in the city before the end of the game after building the barracks one during each age. Around 1500 production worth in units over a 300 turn game. If you build the barracks around turn 100 then the add effect would make the barrack act like a +7.5 science building over the game. The effect increase the more you use the city to build units.

20. Indonesia - Kampung [27]
24. Korea - Seowon [22]
25. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [3] = 6 - 3. It is a nice added boost to making units, but there are only so many units you need.
26. Mali - Suguba [27]
27. Maori - Marae [28]
34. Persia - Pairidaeza [27]
35. Phoenicia - Cothon [25]
38. Russia - Lavra [30] = 29 + 1. It's kinda silly how good this is. Half priced HS plus a bunch of great people points makes Russia one of the premier religious and cultural civs.
42. Sumeria - Ziggurat [21]

just to make sure about the mighty mekewap I played a couple games as Cree....MEEKwap is a more appropriate spelling.
Maybe you played Cree in non-Cree way. If you need guides for Cree and want to beat even Inca in early tall game, priv me or start a new thread. It is for sure not the best civ in civ6, but full of flavour, very strong in science, strong at dominaton or diplo, and together with Kongo and Inca make the elite of tall civs. The central part of it is mekewap and its synergy with Poundsmaker trading ability

24. Korea - Seowon [22]
25. Macedon - Basilikoi Paides [4] 3+1 Many people don'tlike the way macedon work. "I stop building units" is common argument, but is weak. This is generating science from roduction at very high efficiency. You don;t stop building units as macedon, because it gives huge science. However, if you don't NEED units, simply disband a unit after bulding it, you still convert hammers to bulbs at 50% or more efficiency. If you don't build constantly units as macedon in at least 3-4 cities, you waste this civ potential. Current rating of Basilikoi Paides is not a matter of power, cause it is easily top 5 unique, but of playstyle, and macedon playstale is not liked here, easy to get and forget is always more popular (I still love you, butI look at you lavra and acropolis :), also kristin'as unique ability highly overrated last thread).
26. Mali - Suguba [27]
27. Maori - Marae [28]
34. Persia - Pairidaeza [27]
35. Phoenicia - Cothon [25]
38. Russia - Lavra [30]
42. Sumeria - Ziggurat [18] 21-3 One of tile improvements I cannot fit into my strategy. What I need early is production, food+housing. As Sumer even more cause I want mass warcarts. It is diffucylt early game to work a tile without production, so I see it as a waste of builder charge (and a builder charge is... production). It ends up I have it only on fertilised floodplains. I don't think it is weak, and I see a probable way of utilising it hardly, but did not check this yet in practice. Anyway among things left I consider this in weaker group and I don't want to downvote Royal dockyard again. AI Gilgamesh, who loves spamming it leads early science game, but is always trash from medieval above, maybe because too much contribution to ziggurats instead of solid empire setup. I take everything allowing solid early empire (terrace, mekewap, kampung) over this. I also prefer culture over science, as it is harder to generate culture early, so I easily take 1 more culture from paridaeza over 2 science if adjecency allows
