Gatorade or Powerade?

the google has spoken

but really from what ive heard gatorade, but only if you are actually doing a lot of exercise (i heard somewhere is is bad for you if your just drinking it)

As an energy drink, neither. As a liquid, either.

I'm guessing there's going to be a poll with this?

Is this a matter of opinion, or are you asking for a scientific explanation? If it's the first, then I prefer either; if it's the latter, then look on the Nutrition Facts.

I have never had either one. Or any other sports drink for that matter.

I don't like the taste of either. But in regard to health I have no idea.

Niether. I drink Pocari Sweat.

Drinking "sports drinks" without being a sweaty mess is not good for you.

Gatorade helped the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Minnesota Vikings in Superbowl IV. Powerade has no such claim it can make, so my vote goes with Gatorade.

Both! Especially delicious on a hot, sweaty day!

I wont turn down gatoraid if its offered to me after say, a soccer game...but I like the taste of poweraid a little more

If i'm sweating it up, be it after a long game of paintball or tennis or something, i'll gladly go for a bottle of gatorade.

Drinking sports drinks while not having exerted yourself is bad form.

Gatorade beats Powerade

Take it from a Minnesotan, they could have been drinking vanilla extract and they still would have beat the Vikings.

I prefer Gatorade when I'm running. Powerade is wayyy too sugary.

Neitherade.

Both suck. Water is way better for you, and tastes better.

:goodjob: :goodjob:

As has been said above, I'd wager water probably accomplishes the same for the exercise level most people take part in -- Gatorade and Powerade is all in the advertising.
