Merged a pull request by merijn_v1:
- Fixed wrong buttons in corporation advisor
- Fixed corporation pedia page when playing Brazil

Some fixes may only take effect when the next DLL is compiled and uploaded.

Merged a pull request by Steb:
  • fixed many spelling mistakes, missing diacritics, missing first names, missing feminine markers, wrong types of GP, wrong eras, and names that were not in their native language
  • the German merchant and engineer lists were identical; split them and added several names
  • added some non-prophet names for Tibet
  • tried to improve ancient or poorly known civilization lists (Egypt, Babylon, Phoenicia, Aztecs), which often include random ruler names that have nothing to do with their type

New update: included new DLL and fixed Python errors.

New update: fixed Makefile to enable Appveyor builds again.

For people who create pull requests, that should hopefully get rid of those annoying build failures unless something is actually wrong.

New update: fixed some Python errors.

New update:
- fixed the eternal plague bug (as far as I can tell): there was an error in the code that determined valid plague targets
- refactored the plague code somewhat to make it more legible
- in addition to the plague cloud, a plague icon is diplayed over the city name bar when a city is affected

New update: added a high resolution waiting cursor (the spinning globe)

New update: instead of collapsing entirely, AI civilisations only collapse to core unless they are past their historical fall date.

This should limit the "AIs overextend and collapse" empty world problem somewhat.

Merged a pull request by merijn_v1: code optimisation and cleanup.

New update:
- Native and Celtic units remain after they lose their last city
- Remove victory announcement in the middle of the screen
- Better Turkish UP button tooltip
- Prevent double Ayutthaya
- Add translations for Könugard

Merged a pull request by merijn_v1: fixed remaining antarctic catapult after spawn.

New update:
- fixed a Python exception in world builder
- bribing units with Byzantine spies requires a movement point
