- scripted religion spread obeys spread rules (i.e. Judaism will not spread for civs with no non-state religion spread)
- long distance religion spread obeys spread rules (i.e. spread to e.g. the Americas only when non-state religion spread allowed)
- long distance religion spread requires contact with a civ of that state religion
- better spread of religions under Secularism (previously hurt by the assumption of there being a state religion)
- added the Deccan to the Muslim religious periphery (making it easier to spread there if controlled by civ with Muslim state religion)
