[First, I thank you, mods, for cleaning up my topic debacle. :)]

The questions: Do you drink milk? If so, what type?

Additional question not poll-worthy: How often do you drink it? Only at certain mealtimes?

Me? I drink cow milk, 2%, at all meals.

Type: Whole milk, the way God intended.
Quantity: gallon of milk per day when bulking, a third to a half a gallon per day when maintaining, a bit less than that on a cut.

2% "organic", but I'm cutting down and replacing it with low sugar soy choco milk (yum) or other drinks like diet berry juice. But now I hear artificial sweeteners are bad, maybe even worse than the sugar itself. I'll believe it, nature > artificial when it comes to food...

btw, when I cut down on animal protein (incl milk) my blood pressure dropped and my blood flowed much more like water than... milk ;) Seriously, my heart has spent 3-4 decades pumping sludge around my system. On the other hand, cuts would stop bleeding so fast I could ignore them.

I don't 'drink' milk that often, but every morning I eat a bowl of oatmeal with whole milk.
The calorie difference between whole milk and low fat milk is too negligible to justify the loss in taste.

I love milk, but I'm somewhat lactose intolerant. I can't drink straight milk.

2% milk, but not as much as I used to drink.

Don't really notice the difference except when its cold or warm. I like cold milk. Can barely drink it warm.

I don't really like milk that much but I have it in the morning with my cereal and instant breakfast stuff.. and it's Whole Milk BTW

Sir, the correct term is GOMAD "Gallon of milk a day" ;)

How much do you weigh? An extra 2,400 cal a day is no joke.

I don't suggest it to anyone but the scrawniest kids I train.
