Malawi and Uganda are relatively small countries which border big lakes and there is the Ijsselmeer in the Netherlands.

Edit: Well, Uganda is not really that small, but Lake Victoria is quite big so...

Yes, though it looks like your source and my source have different stats, e.g. Malawi.

Edit: I've just clicked your link and I don't know where that map comes from, but the percentages seem to be about the same.
