EDIT: I just read something interesting. This American Tourist is going to celebrate New Year Twice in a year. This year, Samoa is the first country on earth to Welcome in the New Year. After the celebration, this guy will travel to American Samoa (just 68km away) and start New Year's Eve all over again.

Somoa had no Friday 30th December this year when the dateline moved.
