I was recently on a flight where the complimentary napkins all had a list of scrambled terms on them. It said that unscrambling the terms would give me the idea for my next trip. There were four terms, the first three of which were scrambled versions of: Havana, Cuba; Coba San Lucas, Mexico; and Mexico City, Mexico.
The fourth phrase I was completely lost with. It read, "UREPOT LAVLARTA". I was confused because the other three locations' names were in order, with the city/locality name first and the country name afterwards, and I could not think of any countries that could be scrambled as "Lavlarta".
It could be that I forgot about some country that can be scrambled this way but I'm pretty sure there are none. The other three were pretty easy and this one is stumping me. Does anybody know the location?
