Are you happy with your current life?how do you rate it?
There may be many different lifestyles for everyone and the way others view them varies from person to person but the most important thing is their personal feelings, right?
It will be fantastic if people around us like or even support what we are doing, but even if our family or friends are on the opposite side, so long as we feel it is worthwhile, we will continue doing it, no matter how many pains it shall incur.

Currently I rate it 6.
Bad factors :
1.My best buddies are graduating.
2.the semester is coming to an end, which means many extracurricular activities are not being held and the dumb exams are on the way :sob:
3.the weather is scorching hot, which gave me a high fever last week. So sickening!I hate summer!

Well, you must be very younger then. I am 35. ;) Weather (metaphorical as well) changes, but one should be shielded by what can always carry a shield. So only by elements which can hardly change, or are by definition unlikely to ever worsen. Self-respect, some sense of a purpose, access to periods of pleasant emotion.

I'm pretty happy at the moment. Doing well in my studies and looking forward to see what the future might bring. I'd give a solid 7 out of 10 at the moment.

22 without a GF.
I always envy those boys who hold the hands of gorgeous girls on the street. You know, girls are especially beautiful on summer days.

Surely a nine. My health is starting a long slow slide, I'm sure, but that is to be expected. There is little doubt I have been one of the luckiest mammals in history. But what's really remarkable is how little of it I have deserved.

10. I can't change the bad parts so it I can't make it better. Actually, the bad parts are somewhat what make it good as well.

I would welcome eternal reoccurrence.

10. I love being alive. I have been in coma-like state for long periods in this lifetime, it feels great to be truly alive.

I love, sing, smile, dance, write, do kung-fu, laugh, meditate... Love makes me alive the most. To love and be loved.

Love you, dude. Nice to see people being so grateful for his life.

Pretty good, I'll go for a 7. I find I'm exhausted a lot and need more sleep. I'm busier than I like to be and I find I have too many obligations socially. Things should calm down a bit by July though, so ask again later and I might have a different answer.

I'm not sure, it probably depends on my mood. I'll have to rate it as an 8.2/10 right now, just because I'd be lying if I wasn't living in the future where people have goddamn tablets where you're able to have video chats with people halfway across the world. There are no flying cars, but we have an encyclopedia of the body of human knowledge accessible via tiny devices that sit in our pockets.

It's the future and I love it. Plus there's no communists or Soviets in charge where I live, which is a huge step up from when I was growing up. And I will never forget the dreams I had when I was that little boy - I wanted to be a bricklayer. I thought that owning a computer was a crazy fantasy that will never happen. My dreams were very down to earth.

My life now is well beyond what I ever imagined when I was that young, so I might as well go with "I am living in the future and everything is awesome"... while at the same time leaving myself some buffer for future improvement.

So 8.2/10

Relative to my wants and expectations, a 6.

Not elated, not miserable. I feel like I have fairly decent prospects in the future so I couldn't give myself a 5.

Compared to some Ebola victim or a child who works at ship-breaking in Bangladesh, it's excellent, but I tend to compare my life to those around me. So I'd say a 6 or so. Lot of room for improvement. A 6 is lower than an F in grade terms. It's a failure for me.

On a scale compared to the entire world?

10

11

I'm more than satisfied and I've the worthiest of all treasures: a future ahead full of things awaiting.

I'm fine, thank you very much for asking.

What's not to like about living?

^+1 for life-affirmation.

People tell me "Just stop singing, and dancing, for goodness sake! You're no good at either of those things."

Which is why I do them when nobody's looking or listening.

Right now it is terrible due to various health issues that are doing a great job of limiting my life. Bywestern stardards it is rather low, but could be worse. I would give myself a 3 right now.

10. I can't change the bad parts so it I can't make it better. Actually, the bad parts are somewhat what make it good as well.

Yeah. My life is a cycle of depression and happiness and really that's what keeps it interesting. Right now I'm fairly depressed but I know I'll feel so much better once everything blows over. And then something else will come along and I'll drag myself back down.

I guess my ultimate goal in life is to get out of the cycle. I'm using Buddhism to work towards that.
