Due to the French slipping some Alkohol to Superman he went of about Religion in the World. We THANK the French for their continued efforts to get a flying idiot drunk.
We also thank them for their offer for Belgium but feel that it is too little for the whole of Belgium we would be willing to part with each area for 4rp in light of your good will in expanding no further into America while we have our new neighbour taking up space.
I have been reminded that while we have a trade and research treaty we do not have a NAP. Would you be willing to sign one at the moment?

We Welcome both new states and I have been told the Deathstroke and Deadshot would like to emigrate to the Brotherhood. As they are considered criminals here if you want them you can have them.
The League will decide whether to accept trade with Israel when we can see their nation on a map and judge the situation.
Germany
I do thank the German leaders for being smart enough to realise we would also be willing to sell of Other lands in Europe, not just Belgium. We were hoping to sell Belgium first and for at least breaking even and getting around 5rp per province with bargains negotiable depending on current global issues.
Your offer to buy all of England for 60rp means you are asking for 24 provinces which comes to 2.5 RP each. Half of what is needed to buy a neutral province so we cannot accept. However in lieu of you joining the cape brigade I am allowed to offer you this one time deal of all of Belgium for 50RP and a Defensive pact. Which comes to 3.8RP per Province. If you do not wish for a defensive pact then we can part with all of Belgium for 60RP and no extra trade agreements.
I congratulate you on your costume. I think this was the one you settled on in the end.

If they wish to come, they can. Foreigners aren't accepted into the official jobs, but I have a feeling the military's recruits need all the help they can get.
