The USSR claims more of Nicaragua, more of Mexico, and North Dakota.

This map has the sphere of influence of the other American powers outlined in their color; these spheres were decided by a conference of all North American powers. The white areas are the sphere of influence of the USSR; we will claim them next turn.

Just to clarify, the SoI is protected by military force, and currently, the USSR and the Caribbean Sun are allied defensively in protecting eachother's SoIs in the region.
