Google "Avatar images __x__"

I can't remember the size limit for new recruits, I think it's 70x70 or 80x80, can't remember.

Then you save the pic you want to your computer and go to the Control Panel (here on CFC!) and set up your avatar. :)

It's 100 by 100

Unless they changed it, that's only if you've been here 3 months and/or have over a certain amount of posts (100? 500? 1k?)

ya joe, I knew it was somewhere on this site but I suck at site navigation :D

You have to have 30 posts and be registered for 30 days before you can have an avatar (at 70x70), then after you have 100 posts and have been registered for 100 days, you can get a 100x100 avvy. Please read the forum rules for more info :D

edit: yeah cardgame, the only way I can actually find the forum rules is to find locked threads, and hope that the mod who locked it put the "Please read the forum rules" link in their post :D

Yeah, well, nobody notices when you don't post outside Sports Talk. :p

LJ, what is it meant to be?

"One application of the understanding of light's dual nature as particle and wave is the creation of lasers that have been shown to reduce entire armored regiments equipped with current-generation technology into a homogenized metal-ceramic mass. Of course the military would be interested. In fact, they're the ones who even paid to construct a shiny new lab or three to investigate this."
