In Which We Discuss Creepypastas

To get away from some of the more intense discussions around here I thought we could all take a moment to talk about some Creepypastas. For anyone here who might not be aware of Creepypasta, it is a site where people post short horror stories that are usually false but written to make them sound factual.

So CFCers, what are some of your favorite Creepypasta stories? My top five would have to be:

1. Abandoned By Disney
2. Candle Cove
3. The Rake
4. The Russian Sleep Experiment
5. White Over Red

Anymore detail on that? There are several that I have read that could fit that description.

I haven't visited that site often, but i know it is the current home of the so-called 'Slender-verse' (i suppose it means Slenderman universe). Some of the drawings of Slenderman are rather cool The 'photos' tend to be crap though.

You are correct, it is the current home of all things Slenderman. I try to avoid that stuff though because Slenderman has been done to death and there are so many other stories on Creepypasta that are better written and much more entertaining.

I highly recommend "Abandoned By Disney". That story was well-written and actually creeped me out quite a bit.

I've never been a huge Creepypasta fan mostly due to the implausibility but I did like 'I Hate You' a lot.
