Instant e-mail notifications have stopped being sent

I do not have any information on a change. I would GUESS that Thunderfall is testing something about the email problem or email settings or something else at the server.

What sort of emails are you not receiving? It's possible that your emails are being delayed. Some of my emails take 12 or more hours to reach me.

I tried sending myself a private message last night to test it (as of this post about 19 hours ago) but haven't received an email notification (I have this feature turned on in my options).

I suddenly stopped getting thread posting notifications. They worked instantly and then suddenly they just stopped entirely. If the mails are delayed, they would be delayed for more than 24 hours by now.

Thunderfall informed me that, while email notifications are still enabled, we're having startup issues with the new configuration.

It turned out that Google sets a limit on the daily number of emails that can be sent through the special servers that filter out the spam. After that limit is reached, no more emails go out that day. The limit is raised after CFC goes through a trial period. I don't know whether or not we're still in the trial period. It's also unclear whether or not blocked spam messages count against the limit. I'm now receiving most of the email notifications that I expect to receive.
