Intrigue of Magic

Of course I should warn you in advance that I will be translating Baase as a NPC; Scaanoar's nation once again resurrects like a dark phoenix to host the ghouls and other undead along with necromancers of as many species as possible.

Still: I look forward to your history Thor and to the glory of the story of Cumhail that we will all take part in! :D

...these RPs... thank you all! :D

Should we begin the game this Friday or Thursday? I will be busy from morning to afternoon and the evening will be recovery.

I will need to consider ideas for sites and dungeons for adventure role play, as well as possible NPCs. The sites be kept on a private map perhaps and linked up when discovered to a public map? Or should I have all the sites known when the game starts? Considering for claimant nature since these sites (often of historic, arcane or/and adventuring usages) may pose some interest in the story, particle the old fortress of Troyn, the centre part of the world which the Clash took place and the Tomb of Thousand Kings that rested literally 1000 monarchs Scaanoar raised to try to demolish the kingdoms said dead kinds came from, forging a massive legion. This may also consider the nature of the underground, especially linking to the legend of Mandatum. However the players will aid in this, especially as I plan adventures to be given a challenge and the player gives a solution to the challenge... all for fun.

Finally I will consider challenges for the nations to face that will lead to a glory (such as a hydra swimming in your ponds or the Cult of Totec trying to spread their influence) all just for the fun of the game. ;)

I'd go for sites on a private map unless they are within a nation's borders. then Public.
As for NPCs, I'd vouch for some tribal Toltec and Naga. People to conquer and massacre assimilate...
Oh and one human kingdom somewhere would be awesome.

This could be very interesting.

We should start on Friday, since on Thursday I will be busy all day.And I would go too for a private map.And I would love to have random events like you proposed.

Edited my sign up post.

Edit: Nevermind, Ailed posted the answer in chat

Was this answer (and question) one that the rest of us may find useful? If so, would you mind posting it or Ailed editing it into original post (didn't see pre-edit post so can't judge for myself).

The question was " when do we start?"
The answer is Friday.
