Maybe wait a little to launch, there are so many IOTs running at the moment![]()
There are WAY too many right now, I, for one, am not joining anymore until some die off.
Just wondering if anyone would be interested in playing the following:
Just like a normal IOT, except for one thing. Most of the players are bound together in an HREesque polity. They can still make war on each other, and conduct their own diplomacy, but the High King would be able to override decisions of individual members and declare wars on behalf of the entirety of the HREesque nation. The High King would be elected every 5/10 turns by the members.
In addittion, members can seceed, but this is just asking for conquest by one of the much larger NPCs or very few PCs I allow to be non-members from the start.
The goal is to be the most influential member so that you can influence the High King into doing what you want.
Members versus nonmembers would be selected in an impartial manner. IE- I generate 3 numbers between one and ten, say 3, 7, and 9. The 3rd, 7th, and 9th people to join would be allowed to become nonmembers if they wanted to. Or they could refuse and give their nonmember status to another hopeful.

I'm interested, though like people said, we're kinda oversaturated with IOTs at the moment.

Christos is just joking, in the same vein as us Americans who repeat "USA #1"![]()
Balkans are the best place to live.
