....er you do notice the huge amounts of humour?

I mean theres a reason they talk about uranium

And here I was thinking you were uneducated.... :mischief:

Did you know my dad randomly asked me if I knew how to make a nuclear warhead from science class? Now that got me laughing...

I have now got immediate plans to sack your capital city....*mutter*

To quote NOrth King's story: Every capitol needs a good sacking every couple hundred years to keep up with the Architecture trends or really good urban planning.

:p

I still don't like it though. Especially when it is indiscriminately burned to "teach a lesson". I hate it when the Bad Guys win.

Problematically, the bad guys always win (defeating other people who, quite frankly, aren't angels neither, knowing humans...) and being winners, write history. Just ask the Aztecs, who generally weren't quite as bad as most people paint them.

You westerners (and easterns) are only now beginning to catch up. Whilst everybody else foolishly built stone structures that quickly became outdated, the Russians built primarily wooden buildings and invited the Mongols in as well. ;)

Not quite. If that were entirely true I'm sure we'd all either have shrines to the Emperor or could extol the virtues of the "Aryan race".

You should write a follow-on to the East! Come on, it's not like there are many nations to profile... if you wait some turns there will probably be even fewer. :mischief:

Am i the only one who notices that whatever das writes about's in the "Transpoenic"? Do i see a larger bias tendency there then the East? :p

Its because 100 years ago the most punic nation in the world was located at the shores of that ocean. Everything else is lied and heretic.

We all know how China is like, and there are only 3 or 4 major players in east Asia aswell. Not nearly exciting as war torn Europe, which houses over 5 players. :p

You do not know how China is like! :p Start summarizing Chinese culture, way of life, society and government right now! ;)

If you were contested by NESers in equal number and with equal skill as those who are actually playing, you'd not be doing so well.

Possibly? It took you two whole ITs and some 500 years to whack a bunch of pathetic Zapotec tribes. :p

Look around - discontent minorities aside, most people praise the Western culture and its democratic virtues. That's largely because USA, a Western nation, is, as of now, the winner. ;)

And alex, one of the things I wrote was in Greece (which is in the Mediterranean Sea=OTL Eastern Mediterranean). ;) And the other was in both seas, admittedly. Don't worry, one day I'll get to China.

I'm afraid that one day will come after your nes ends in the modern age:p

Well then, alex, don't bugger me for a China review. Though I might one day find the time for it.

EDITED

Sorry, wrong thread :D

..but now that I accidentally posted here: thanks for the TM outlook, very intriguing, especially the part about the Greek minorities in Dacia!
