JH-1: Restless Indians

Well, the great thing about SG's is the chance to learn and improve. We probably should have waited on our axes to take the barb city so that it wouldn't auto-raze.

I would wait on the axe to take the city back. We may also want to farm the wheat at Teotihuacan and get more growth going there. Hopefully we will have a tech or two to trade Huayna and make some more tech progress. Code of Laws will be needed pretty soon if we are going to keep expanding.

We should get what little culture was there back anyway, even after the rebellion stops. Trying to take it with the archer/warrior will be risky, as I believe the archer isn't at full health.

OK, my poor old notebook crashed after I saved, and I did some stuff

Teno: citizens on wheat (farmed) copper and forest camp beaver.

Since I can't write it up here is a summary:
on turn zero I got Tlaco back with the archer (~49% odds)
made axes and now teh barbs have axes, start promoting to shock.

~SAVE~

Lurker~ ???? Has Strauss Quit?

OK, pretty uneventful turns. Settled Texcoco in the coastal cows spot. The variant rules are going to make it extremely difficult to make a showing in this game. I'm at a loss for a good strategy.

Next player may want to check to see if we can sell Huayna some furs, I forgot to do that after hooking them up.

Here's the save:

JerichoHill- Up at Bat
DarthBeer- in the hole
TheFigMan- Finishing chewing the tobacco
Madviking- Taking Steroids
Strauss- Sent to the Minors
RDDC05- Hanging around 1st
