I saw on Reddit that something is happening at the North Korean Embassy in Beijing, speculation being that Kim Jong Un has been assassinated. COMPLETELY UNCONFIRMED, I should add:

In the comments I saw this:

I have a source confirming extremely high alert and activity levels at embassies and military installations throughout the region. I was told not to ask anything further, as they're quite busy with the situation and probably not cleared to say anything. This source is a high-level civilian at the Pentagon I knew years ago. I was amazed she responded to me. To be clear, she said nothing about the assassination story or the rumors of Chinese military crossing into NK.

It will be interesting to see if anything is actually happening...

I'd say wait for NK and/or China to confirm it. If it's true, they will make an announcement. It wouldn't surprise me if he was killed in a coup d'état.

I did see a lot on twitter that mention @BBCNewsLive is a fake account that was spreading this rumor...

I have a feeling this is nothing.

My grievances are with the government itself, which happens to be led by Kim Jong-Un. To bring down the government and make it Democratic, you have to bring down the ruler.
