About Cleo and a new africain leader, I might have two started project that could be use.

First, this is a new cleo unfinished (still need some cloth, jewels, headdress, etc.) and most of it, it needs a UV map and a Rigging.

I didn't had time to create some cloths, so she's nude for the moment.

Well, I think there are many people in the forums, who won't mind if she stays that way (nude). Anyway, she looks really good. I am looking forward to get rid of this ill Hatschepsut smile.

My second unfinished product is an Orc that I've started that could be recycled into an African warchief. The UV map is done, but still, no rigging.

Why a warchief? Not all huge and muscular guys are warmongers.

About the cloths and Jewels that I have to add, I prefer to do it mysef because this leader is totaly new (she isn't based on anyone else), I prefer to have 100% new meshes and I need to create the meshes in Zbrush to have a High res version on wich I can generate a real Normal map.

About the rigging, since it's my weakest part, I woud be glad if you want to help me to rig her on an existing skeleton.

About the UV, it's still the biggest issue. It would be easy to layout a quick UV map in Blender or a AUV, GUV tiles unwrap in Zbrush, but we have to avoid visible seam for the normal map. I would have to try something when she will be done.

Why a warchief? Not all huge and muscular guys are warmongers.

Yeah, you're right. In fact, do you have an idea who this guy could be ? He will be easier to import in Civ because he doesn't have a body (we would only have to zoom the camera to only show this head and neck) and he's UV is already done.

I think since Cleo is already nude this would be a great opportunity to put her in a (somewhat) see-through dress, like this one from the BBC/HBO Rome television series.

I think that would be pretty cool, since you have her entire body skinned already you might as well.

EDIT: Actually if you can do this, you should give her the hair from THIS VIDEO, sorry for all of the Rome clips. I was a huge fan of the series.

thats what i was thinking too. you could probably take the semi-transparent lace from victoria and shape into a dress.

I have allways have ideas. The question is, if they are good or not.

Among my suggestions a little bit above are some, which could be fitting. Mnguni would be a safe one, because absolutly nobody does know, how he did look like. But I have read elsewhere that The Capo is planing to make a Cetshwayo. So perhaps an ethiopian or malian leader would be better.

If you give him a beard, cap and perhaps make his neck a little bit longer, it could fitt.

Making a Askias the Great out of him is probably too much work to do, especially because of the chin:

Again, nobody does know how Kaleb of Axum did look like, but I would guess he should look half african and half arabian.

Good idea JAT, throw Mansa's headscarf around him, put Mehmed's turban on top of that, reskin it, add some facial hair and I think we'd be in business.

Well the J, Ekmek has a good Idi Amin leaderhead which doesn't look too much like Idi Amin so you could use it as a generic modern African leader, although he is in military dress. You might also want to check out Civ Gold's leaders, they have a lot of African leaders there as well.

it ended up being a seriously reworked Ceasar but re-rigged to bismarck's animations (most of them, not the hat greeting). Bismarck just wasnt coming out right.

Tell me. It is not like I have lots of free-time on my hands, but this stuff takes about 5 minutes. This is why I like it, it is not a lot of work. So, which ones are we talking about???

I've seen Idi Amin, but i think, he has not the right "flavor" for my mod.
I thougt, i had looked at CivGold, and haven't found a LH, which fits good enough, but i'll look again at it .

I've proposed a Nixon. I think Logan would make a good base, especially since he makes a V sign in his animations and all.

I wonder though... would it be possible to attach Qin Shi Huang's jowls on him?
