You cannot increase it directly. Some techs help but generally focusing Private Enterprise back on your nation in various ways can sometimes give you boosts.

Signatories: The Prussian Union, The Empire of Japan
Agreements:
1) The Prussian Union will cede two of its three treaty ports in Qing China to the Empire of Japan and agrees to stop influencing Qing China, both politically and economically. The third treaty port will be ceded in one year pending the Empire of Japan's compliance with the remaining portions of the treaty.
2) The Empire of Japan and the Prussian Union guarantee trade with each other, as well as lowered tariffs to promote economic growth.
3) The Empire of Japan and the Prussian Union both guarantee aid to the other in any war in which neither signatory is the aggressor.
OOC: The two ports to be ceded to the Empire of Japan are the northern-most ones, the one in the south to be ceded in one year if the second and, if applicable, the third agreements are faithfully followed by the Empire of Japan.

That is fine. I just want Nation Name Orders and really like players name as I am double lazy and sometimes forget who is who.
