Man too short for prison

I was under the impression that prison is dangerous for this type of felon, and that size might not help much anyway.

As well, if prison is removed as a possibility - where's the deterrent?

But, she said, "That doesn't make you a hunter. You do not fit in that category."

Ten years of probation? Probation is like super fun time where occasionally yr hassled by an overworked state agency. Blah to this.

Come on, you can't let this guy undermine your system because he's short for god's sakes. Like Elrohir said, why bother with the petty things? If the dude doesn't wanna get hurt in jail, don't harass children.

This is the most offensive piece of idiocy I've seen in quite some time. Any change of relieving Judge Cecava of her responsibilities before she decides that some murderer is too pretty to go to jail?

Was the child too short to be molested? If I was the kid's dad I might actually be happy the guy wasn't in locked up. It would give me a shot at him. Those people make you sick

According to the OP the judge was of the view that he didnt fit in the 'hunter' category.
So i do not see the logic in the posts which followed

Imo it sounds like a very good decision actually; no sense in destroying his life when he obviously was not regarded as potentially dangerous.

Also why exactly do you view his life as less important than that of the child who he molested? (btw molest doesnt mean rape, this was not specified, but from the OP i trust that there were some elements in his case which made it less of a crime than rape).
Everyone knows that prisons do not actually help the prisonners better themselves; if anything most prissoners appear to become worse inside the prison.

You must realise that this is torture. Try spending a few days in solitary confinement; you will not like it

this occurrence is the norm in england. robbers suing their victims for "health and safety" issues etc etc.

A few months ago, some students from another school came to my school in the night and smashed a few windows. Aparently one of the vandals fell of our roof and is now SUING my SCHOOL for not stating that the Science Block roof is not suitable for people to walk across. Absolutely ridiculous- like the perv.
