Marians: Sons of Mars

Stats, please?

(also, when does the regular NPCs come?)

Crap, forgot those!

Regular NPCs will appear starting turn 2, every 2 turns. They are the chess pieces and the players the chess masters.

Please put something in east Asia, maybe somewhere in japan to replicate the sengoku period.

I will be skiing for the next six days, so please treat the Amazon as an NPC, focused on building stabilisation and increased income. Sorry, I'm on my phone so I can't really make a good update. :(

Amazon gains 15 income this turn. They invest 10 of it in Civics I, with the remainder to the treasury.

Amazon of course keeps a free army.

Amazon colonises 3 territories, giving a boost of 3% to RR, but this will be cured come next turn when the Civics takes effect.

I expand to Cheju and Okinawa and spend all my income on civics 1.

EDIT:I keep all three free armies

How much can I claim and Im sorry I made a mistake on my national policies, I thought - was right and was left, just change everything from - to and everything from to - and Im confused how much can I claim

You can claim up to 5 but you will incur +1% revolt risk for every province over your province support. Your province support is the second number in the stats: "of x" where x is the province support number.

Spend 9 into infra tech and the rest into treasury black dot is where your gonna put my army, claims in orange

I invest 10 income in Civics, with 1 going to the treasury, and keep the free army, which I put in Konstantinopolis.

Good news everyone! Your armies don't have specific locations. ;) Only your navies do.

Your armies just get used up attacking and defending.

Alright, the GM has told me that I may enter this game by taking control of an NPC. So, starting next turn, I would like to take control of the nation of Austronesia. That is all that I am allowed to do at the moment.

Keep in mind that updates will be very quick for the next few days since the first few turns are quiet and not much action occurs.

Arakhor, ilduce, bestrfcplayer, Omega124, and Abaddon, you still have yet to give orders. You have three hours until we hit the 24 hour mark and I compile Update 2.

How much can i claim?

Spend all on Civics

How many can I support and what factor controls this?

Civics and your narrow minded levels influence how much you can support.

So far, you can support 10 provinces, the base. Each Civics adds +3 to support. Every narrowminded level adds +5% to the combined base/Civics total.

Put all economy into expansion. An i must say.. the costs of tech seem ridiculously high.. its going to take forever to get anywhere! Level 5 is the entry level for most civics.. to get to that costs 10+20+30+40+50 = 150! an this is just entry level.. you have some things at level 15, or even 20! Are they ever going to be reached?!?

I'm sure that can be remedied with proper management... ;)

As for your claims:

To prevent early colonies, you are limited to 5 pixels away for all new territories for every tech you own. As such, only one of your claims can be taken. I'm sure you can still have unusual claims if you redo them. :p

That rule is absolutely terrible. It ruins so much of the game beyond just colonies (why were these a problem anyway?)

Being Open Minded was my flavor trait.. -5 ! what effect has that had on my stats?
